Polish President in favour of starting Constitutional debate on Europe again "from scratch" - "Time not yet ripe" for European Foreign Minister

Brussels, 08/03/2006 (Agence Europe) -Poland is not in favour of bringing the European Constitution as rejected in referendums held in France and the Netherlands back to life, but has called for the Constitutional debate to be started again "from scratch". "Further to my meetings in France, I no longer believe that the text is still current (...).
