16/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - Iran's Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki is to address the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs on 20 February. Elmar Brok (EPP-ED, Germany), who chairs the parliamentary committee, had invited him to speak last November. This will be the first visit by Mr Mottaki to Brussels since he became foreign minister and will also provide an opportunity for him to meet the representatives of other EU institutions.
