16/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - Following examination according to the simplified procedure, the European Commission has approved the bid by Belgian company GIB, owned jointly by Compangnie Nationale à Portefeuille (CNP) and Ackermans & van Haaren, to acquire control of the French financial company Flo and the commercial restaurant group it controls.
