Brussels, 08/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its approval to the project of MBDA, a joint venture between EADS, BAE Systems and Finmeccanica, to acquire EADS Deutschland's guided weapons activities, which are grouped in the companies VM and TDW.
