Brussels, 01/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the acquisition of the Dutch company Heiploeg Beheer by Gilde Buy-Out Management Holding. Gilde is a private investor based in the Netherlands and which specialises in buying companies out. Heiploeg is active in the production, processing and sales of prawns.
