27/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - A debate on the future of democracy, peace and human rights in Nepal will be held on 1 February in Brussels, a year to the day after the coup d'état of King Gyanendra. Two discussion panels will bring together representatives of NGOs, journalists and diplomats, including the personal representative of Javier Solana for human rights, Michael Matthiessen.
