27/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by Italian investment funds management companies BS Investimenti SGR and MCC Sofipa SGR to take joint control of IP Cleaning SpA, which produces and distributes cleaning machines. The operation was approved further to examination under the simplified procedure.
