Dick Marty publishes interim assessment on alleged CIA gulags in Europe

Brussels, 23/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Dick Marty, who is investigating the alleged CIA secret prisons and 'extraordinary rendition' Council of Europe Member States (see Europe 9089) will be submitting an interim assessment in Strasbourg on 24 January in the form of a memo to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly's legal and human rights committee.
