23/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - At the first European Parliament plenary in Strasbourg in February, the debate on the services directive ('services in the internal market') will be held on 14 February and attended by EU Internal Market Commissioner, Charlie McGreevy. The vote will take place on 16 February.
