16/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the joint takeover of Q-Telecommunications (Q-Telecom), Greece's smallest mobile telephony operator, by TPG Advisors IV (TPG IV) and Apax Partners Holdings (Apax). These two investors already hold joint control of Greece's third largest mobile telephony supplier, TIM Hellas.
