16/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the Dutch group Koninklijke BAM Groep, active mainly in construction, to acquire sole control of AM NV, also from the Netherlands and involved in property projects. This deal will also see the AM Development BV section ceded to the private British investment fund Morgan Stanley Real Estate V International Fund. Both transactions were examined under the Commission's simplified procedure.
