16/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Ernst Moutschen of Belgium, aged 53, will be the new head of the European Commission's Representation in Luxembourg from January. He had worked with the delegation for seven years before being transferred to the Publications Office (also in Luxembourg). Mr Moutschen, who has been an EU official since 1989, began his career at Eurostat, the European Union's Statistical Office.
