Anders Fogh Rasmussen echoes Wolfgang Schussel's criticisms of over-powerful European Court of Justice

Brussels, 13/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Echoing Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schussel, Danish prime minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen has also criticised the European Court of Justice for having too much power (see Europe 9101). AFP press agency quotes Rasmussen as telling Danish press agency Ritzau that he is keeping a beady eye on the court of Justice because it has seized too much power.
