Carl Baudenbacher re-elected President of the EFTA Court

Luxembourg, 13/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Liechtenstein judge of the EFTA Court, Carl Baudenbacher, was elected President for a second three-year term on 12 January 2006. The EFTA Court in Luxembourg has jurisdiction to hear cases relating to the Agreement on the European Economic Area concerning the European Free Trade Association countries Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
