Commission to take action against six Member States over professional qualifications and services

Brussels, 12/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Estonia, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, the Czech Republic and Sweden will be required to explain to the European Union Court of Justice (EUCJ) why they did not properly submit their national measures to implement European legislation in the area of professional qualifications and in the financial and postal sectors.
