Infringement proceedings launched against Italy, Sweden and Spain

Brussels, 15/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has taken action against Spain, Italy and Sweden to correct breaches of EU public procurement law. The Commission has formally requested Spain (in a reasoned opinion, the second stage of the EU infringement procedure) to modify the town planning law (known as 'LRAU') for the Valencia Community.
