Juncker says Eurogroup dynamic must be used if necessary

Brussels, 12/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - In response to questions on the EU's constitutional impasse, Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker told the Financial Times Deutschland on Monday that, if nothing is right and everything is blocked, then he will surely be among those who seek to reach more on the basis of the Eurogroup dynamic.
