12/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The ad hoc delegation of members of the European Parliament, which was to visit Iraq before the Parliamentary elections of 15 December, is not to go after all (see EUROPE 9086). In Strasbourg on Monday, it was announced to the press that the visit was not possible, because the MEPs in question had not had time to submit to the planned "obligatory security training".
