24/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, and the Ambassador for Canada with the EU, Jeremy Kinsman, signed an agreement on Thursday in Brussels on Canada's participation in EU crisis management operations. Canada already takes part in such missions (mainly in Bosnia and Democratic Republic of Congo), but does so on an ad hoc basis.
