Jacques Chirac wants 'a political and social Europe' - Double the EU's research capacities

Brussels, 26/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Ahead of the special Hampton Court Summit near London on Thursday, the French President Jacques Chirac has called on his European partners, saying 'we want a political and social Europe rooted in solidarity' and agreement on the Financial Perspectives in December.
