26/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Adopting the report by Robert Zile (UEN, Latvia) in plenary on Tuesday, the European Parliament agreed with the European Parliament's Transport and Tourism Committee's rejection on 28 September 2005 of a draft resolution on the quality of rail freight services suggesting compensation for delays in delivery.
