Informal Council greatly in favour of EU's future strategy for Africa, but ministers divided on need for joint development strategy

Leeds, 25/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Informal Development Council of Leeds closed on a highly positive note on Tuesday: the highly favourable welcome reserved by the ministers of the EU to the European strategy for Africa, proposed by the European Commission.
