Launch in Brussels on Monday of second European Climate Change Programme

Brussels, 21/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, 24 October, Environment Commissioner Stavros Dimas will launch the second European Climate Change Programme (ECCP II) at a stakeholder conference in Brussels (in the Charlemagne Building). At the stakeholder conference, which will welcome around 450 participants, Commissioner Dimas will outline the Commission's views on the further development of EU climate change policy.
