Brussels, 18/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the EU Council adopted without debate a decision on the appointment (from 1 November this year) of Erwan Fouéré, an Irish national, to the post of EU Special Representative for the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
