07/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, and EP President, Josep Borrell, sent congratulation letters on Friday to the 2005 winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, the International Atomic Energy Agence (IAEA) and its Director, Mohamed El-Baradei.
