07/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised plans of the Bayersiche Landesbank to take sole control of Speed Investments Ltd. The latter is based in Jersey and owns the commercial rights of the Formula One Series, via SLEC Holdings. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
