07/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Miklos Haraszti, the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, sent a request on 30 September to senior Belarus officials urging them not to close down the daily newspaper 'Narodnaya Volya', the only independent daily in Belarus.
