Javier Solana opens academic year

Brussels, 30/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, High Representative of CFSP and Secretary General of the EU Council (as well as future European Foreign Minister), will deliver the opening address, 19 October, in Brugges, for the 2005-2006 Academic Year of the College of Europe, for which Ludwig van Beethoven has been chosen as Patron of the Promotion 2005-2006.
