Brussels, 29/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Peter Mandelson and trade ministers from around fifteen of the member countries of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) will be meeting on 10 October in Zurich in another attempt to relaunch negotiations on the Doha cycle.
