Parliament withdraws immunity for Marios Matsakis

Strasbourg, 28/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report of German Christian Democrat Klaus-Heiner Lehne on Tuesday in Strasbourg, the European Parliament has withdrawn the immunity of Cypriot MEP Marios Matsakis (DI.KO) and member of the ALDE. Doctor Matsakis is being investigated in two different affairs.
