26/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Greek press agency, ANA, announced on 26 September that the Greek and Turkish Communist Parties would be holding a conference on 1 October in Istanbul to “debate the struggle against imperialism”. ANA quoted a Greek Communist Party press release indicating that this would be the first time the Communist Parties had held an exchange of views on the situation and prospects in the European Union.
