Brussels, 14/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - At a press conference in New York on 13 September on the eve of the United Nations Summit, European Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner, said: 'this is the biggest gathering of world leaders ever seen,' adding that negotiations over the General Assembly's outcome document had been 'intense, and sometimes difficult.
