British Presidency says Special Summit on 27-28 October 'will not discuss future financing or the Constitutional Treaty'

Brussels, 14/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Special Summit convened by the British Presidency to discuss the future direction of Europe will take place on 27-28 October at Hampton Court Palace in Surrey, announced the British Presidency on 14 September. In a press release it explains: 'The UK will host an informal meeting for Heads of State and Government only.
