Brussels, 29/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The ambassadors and ministers of the 148 World Trade Organisation (WTO) member countries, who have been in Geneva for a General Council meeting since Wednesday, left on Friday after (partly) failing to reach agreement. They failed to meet the July 2005 deadline for agreement on a preliminary draft final agreement on the main subjects covered by the Doha Round.
