28/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, the EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and Alberto Van Klaveren, Chile's ambassador with the EU, officially signed on Monday 25 July in Brussels the agreement on Chile's participation in the military crisis management operation conducted by the EU in Bosnia-Herzegovina (the Althea operation). The Council adopted the decision allowing Chile to take part in the mission on 18 July.
