The Dutch investment company, PANTA HOLDINGS, which holds the Flemish airline, VLM AIRLINES (annual turnover EUR 75 million), has acquired the Dutch company, DENIM AIR (annual turnover EUR 60 million with 300 employed). The two companies are to work in close collaboration but will remain independent.
