Commission launches consultation on European legislation relating to investment funds (UCITS)

Brussels, 14/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the present time there are no “binding arguments” in favour of radically recasting the European legislation on investment funds, Charlie McCreevy said as he presented the European Commission's Green Paper on investment funds in the EU, on Thursday.
