Negotiating brief to be presented on Monday before being discussed in Gymnich meeting in September

Brussels, 14/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, European Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn will be presenting to the General Affairs Council a proposal for a negotiating brief with Turkey, but talks between ministers are not expected to begin until their informal meeting on 1 and 2 September at Manor Castle, in the United Kingdom.
