14/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised the proposed joint acquisition by the Danish subsidiaries, Carlsberg A/S and Dansk Landburgs Grovvareslskab, of Sejet Planteforaedling I/S, which develops disease-resistant seeds. The operation, whereby Dansk Landburgs Grovvareslskab acquires a 75% stake, was examined according to simplified procedure.
