Javier Solana in Middle East from 10 to 14 July - Before leaving, he condemns assassination of Egyptian diplomat in Iraq

Brussels, 08/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Union's High Representative for common foreign and security policy, Javier Solana, is to be in the Middle East from Sunday 10 July to Thursday 14 July 2005. He will arrive in Egypt on Sunday for talks with President Hosni Mubarak, Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit and Secretary-General of the Arab League Amr Moussa.
