Karel De Gucht says Constitution can be saved

Brussels, 07/07/200 (Agence Europe) - In his speech on the future of Europe on Wednesday afternoon at the European University Institute of Florence, Karel de Gucht, the Belgian Foreign Minister, made it clear that he still believes in the constitutional treaty.
