Emmanuel Coulon is new clerk of Court

Luxembourg, 07/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The judges of the European Court of First Instance have elected their new clerk of the court, Emmanuel Coulon, who is currently chef de Cabinet to President Bo Vesterdorf, and replaces Hans Jung, who has been the clerk of the court since its inception in 1989. Hans Jung recently announced his resignation for personal reasons (see EUROPE 8955). His mandate was due to end in 2007.
