04/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Competition has authorised plans of Coral Retail Industries, which is controlled by the Luxembourg investment fund CVC Capital Partner Group, to take sole control of the Spanish clothing manufacturer, Cortefiel SA. The latter is present in 37 countries via outlets such as Springfield and Women's Secret. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
