Brussels, 07/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Croatia's cooperation with the International At Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has made some progress, but we will have to wait for several months before we can judge whether its action plan has genuinely led to the "full cooperatoin" required by the EU before accession negotiations can be started. That is the gist of the conclusions of a report sent on Tuesday by ICTY's public prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, to the Luxembourg Presidency, of which she has already presented the broad outlines to the Council President, Jean Asselborn, during a telephone conversation on Monday. The Presidency will consult the Member States on Ms del Ponte's report before the end of the week, and then decide whether the issue will feature on the agenda of Monday's External Relations Council.
