Refusal of president Vesterdorf to delay allocation of contract to improve Ukrainian nuclear plant

Luxembourg, 07/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The president of the Court of First Instance Bo Vesderdorf has refused to grant the request made by German company Umwelt-und Ingenieurtechnick, Dresden for suspending the European Commission's decision to allocate public procurement of nuclear safety in southern Ukraine to its Italian rival All Trade s.r.l. In an interim order, Vesderdorf indicated that the company had not proved that the execution of the contract would seriously and irreparably...
