Luxembourg, 26/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Danish judge at the European Court of Justice, Claus Gulmann, has resigned with effect end 2005. In March, Mr Gulmann had written to the president of the Court, Vasilios Skouris, who then informed Council President Jean Asselborn. Claus Gulmann's mandate was to expire in October 2006.
