Brussels, 23/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - Monday's External Relations Council did not mention the situation in Cuba, following last week's incidents involving the refusal by the Cuban authorities to allow Polish MEPs and German and Czech MPs to enter the country to attend an opposition demonstration and from where they were expelled (EUROPE 8951).
