British grouped BAXI (annual turnover EUR 1 bn with a workforce of over 5500) has bought out the Spanish ROCA heating systems subsidiary (total turnover of EUR 1.564 bn in 2004) for EUR 200 million. The division had a turnover of EUR 232 million in 2004 and employs 500 people.
