Commission may decide to investigate on 25 April

Brussels, 14/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission hopes to be able to take a decision on opening an investigation into the massive imports of textile products from China on 25 April, as a first step towards possible safeguard measures authorised by Geneva in the context of the treaty for China's accession to the WTO (see EUROPE 8922 and other article today).
