Brussels, 12/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the Commission adopted two decisions on national greenhouse gas emission quotas in directive 2003/87/EC set out on 1 January as part of the European CO2 emissions market putting forward implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
